Designing
If you have your own designs you're welcome to share and we also create initial designs ideas based on market research and models, create detailed specifications and drawings showing manufacturing features, measurements and details.
Pattern Making
Our designers create patterns to cut fabrics manually or using CAD. We create designs to test fit, design and construction accuracy.
Sewing
Our expert tailors assemble cut fabrics according to unique designs. We use different types of sewing machines to ensure each garment is made to a high standard.
Packaging
Each garment is labeled with measurements, care instructions and instructions. The clothes are then normalized, packed in appropriate packaging and ready for delivery.
Sourcing of Materials
We carefully select the best fabrics and materials suitable for the production and ready use of the garment. We also provide all the necessary accessories and accessories such as buttons, zippers and labels to be added to each garment.
Cutting
We use an efficient process to prepare the lay of the fabric to reduce waste. The fabric is then precisely cut using a manual or automatic cutting machine.
Quality Control
All completed garments are inspected for detail and corrected for defects or discrepancies. Various tests such as cleaning and assembly tests are carried out to ensure the quality of the product.
Distribution
We manage the logistics of distributing clothing to retailers, wholesalers, or directly to the Brands. Our goal is to provide timely and efficient delivery.
